Title: Reviewing False Positives in Multiple Statistical Testing

On Wednesday , April 26th at 2 pm in the CIRA conference room 202 at 135 College St. , Dan Zelterman, Ph.D. professor of biostatistics here at YSPH, will be giving a seminar reviewing false positives in multiple statistical testing, a common problem in epidemiological research. Dr. Zelterman will outline the application of the Bonferroni correction to avoid such type 1 errors.
