An Indonesian foundation's $5 million gift will enable innovative CIRA scientist, Dr. Frederick Altice, to expand work on links between HIV and substance abuse in Southeast Asia.
“We are developing new research methods and adapting innovative models of care that are transcending the usual academic boundaries to create new knowledge,” Altice says.
