Isha Metzger, an assistant professor of psychology at the College of Arts & Sciences at Georgia State University (and a former Research Education Institute for Diverse Scholars (REIDS) scholar) whose work focuses on reducing mental health disparities, has been named as one of two recipients of the 2023 Dean's Early Career Award. The award recognizes early-career faculty who are emerging leaders in their field of research, scholarship, or creative activity.
