Biography:
Medical doctor graduated from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima Peru. Former NIH Fogarty Clinical Research Fellow with projects focused on HIV-associated chronic alterations on bone and musculoskeletal health (vertebral fracture, osteoporosis, and sarcopenia) among women aging with HIV in Peru. Currently conducting research on musculoskeletal outcomes after COVID-related hospitalization in elderly population. Interest in Rheumatology, Infectious Diseases and Global Health.
