Biography:

Daniel Bromberg is a doctoral student at the Yale School of Public Health and a predoctoral fellow at CIRA's NIMH Interdisciplinary HIV Prevention Training Program. Broadly, his research focuses on the implementation of medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) among incarcerated populations and in the Eastern European and Central Asian cultural context. He also designs dynamic mathematical models to predict the effect of MOUD implementation strategies on HIV and hepatitis C transmission. Before coming to Yale, Daniel worked as a research assistant at ISGlobal at the University of Barcelona in Spain, and was a Fulbright fellow at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. His mentor is Dr. Frederick Altice
