Biography:
Marie A. Brault, PhD is a medical anthropologist and Assistant Professor at the University of Texas School of Public Health. Currently, her work is focused on improving adolescent-friendly approaches to sexual and reproductive health in clinical and community settings, both in the US and internationally. Dr. Brault's research interests include gender, community-based participatory research (CBPR), health disparities, maternal, child and adolescent health, mental health, empowerment, and mixed methods research. Dr. Brault has worked in India, the United States, Kenya, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
